Shipping Policy

Shipping
We are happy to offer our customers value for money and service. That's why we offer free shipping for orders above €49 to Belgium and the Netherlands from our warehouses in Europe by DPD, Packs, DHL and PostNL. Below the bar of €49 we handle a fee of €5,95 to post your package.

Lost Orders
PetUtopia is not liable if the wrong address is entered during the checkout. Please make sure your billing address and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order made at no cost to you.

Shipping Time
PetUtopia strives to deliver all of our orders on time. In most cases, this is between 1-3 business days. Occasionally it may take longer. All packages are delivered within 5 days at the latest.
