When will my order be shipped?
We try to ship our orders as soon as they came through and fulfilled.
In most cases, we ship our orders within 1 day.
When will my order be delivered?
Most of our orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
In some cases, this might take longer. If your package has not been delivered within 5 days after ordering, please contact our customer service.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your package with your personal track and trace, given in your e-mail inbox, or your e-mail itself.

Who wil deliver my order?
Our orders will be delivered by PostNL, DPD, DHL or Packs.
My order says it has been delivered, but I don't have it yet?
When your order status says 'delivered', but it has not been delivered yet, please check your e-mail inbox for any mails from our carriers.
If there is nothing to find, please contact our customer service.
